School Information

The information below is intended for school leaders who will be coordinating student performances and exhibits.  As we celebrate the talent of our students, please use the lists below to help with your preparation and coordination of the day's events.

Before Performance Day

  • Schedule transportation.
  • Let parents and school community know of your students' performance and encourage attendance at the Plaza.
  • Pack required equipment - We will be providing the sound equipment, risers, chairs, tables, and display panels. We will have one music stand for the director. You must bring your own music stands for students and any additional equipment needed.
  • For exhibits, please bring "S" hooks, binder clips, or paper clips or other devices to exhibit student pieces.

Performance Day

  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to performance time.
  • If you WILL NOT BE PERFORMING that day due to inclement weather or other issues that arise, please email Dave Poehls at dpoehls@peoriaroe.org by 9am.
  • Set up additional equipment, if needed.
