The GMB Arts in Education Spring Celebration successfully forges a public and private partnerships. Its creation and existence is the result of the collaborative efforts of city, county, and state governments, educational institutions, corporations, small businesses, area media, and individuals who produce the event. Through their generous contributions of funds, goods, services and time, the Spring Celebration has grown in size and scope for over 35 years.
